Welcome Back!

a sign saying welcome, please come in

After closing our office in late-March in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are happy to welcome you back as we reopen on Tuesday, May 19. The health and safety of our patients and staff has always been Elmore Medical’s top priority. It was with this in mind that we made the difficult decision to close, and it’s why we are taking additional precautions as we welcome you back.

We have carefully reviewed all CDC guidelines, as well as local and state guidelines, to make your critical vein treatment appointments as safe as possible.

Here are a few things you can expect when you visit us in the near future:

  • We are only scheduling a limited number of patients per day to reduce the number of people in the office at any one time.

  • All patients, visitors and staff are required to wear a mask or face covering while they are in our office.

  • Patients are asked to remain in their car upon their arrival and our staff will call them into the check-in area when we are ready. This is to limit the number of patients in the waiting room.

  • We have removed most of the chairs and all end tables and magazines from the waiting room.

  • We have made hand sanitizer available at the entry and throughout the office.

  • All patients are asked a series of health questions upon arrival. No one is allowed to enter the office if they have symptoms that could be consistent with COVID-19.

In addition, we are taking the following steps behind-the-scenes:

  • We have a regular schedule of hand washing for all staff.

  • We are using the appropriate disinfectants on all contact surfaces, (door knobs, light switches) and patient rooms and have a regular cleaning schedule.

  • All employees are being asked to not come to work if ill within the previous 72 hours.

  • We are encouraging six foot social distancing as much as possible.

We hope these health precautions will help our patients to feel comfortable proceeding with their care and procedures in a safe environment.

If your appointment was cancelled during our closure, you will receive a call from our office to schedule a new appointment. If you are a new patient that reached out during our closure, we will also be calling to schedule an appointment very soon.

Please contact our office with any scheduling requests or questions you may have during this time.

We look forward to seeing you very soon!
